Who we are and how we work
TELEKOMUNIKACJA AI Sp. z o.o. is an advertising and media company based in Katowice, Poland. This page is about the company itself: what we do, the standards we hold ourselves to, and the registration facts that let you verify us. It is not a sales page. The service list sits on the services page.

The company
The company in one paragraph
We are a Polish limited liability company (spółka z o.o.) registered under KRS 0001178761, NIP 9542889925, and REGON 542055062. Our registered office is at ul. Warszawska 40, lok. 2A, 40-008 Katowice. We plan and buy advertising media for clients, and we advise on channel mix, budgets, and measurement.
The company is small on purpose. The person who plans your campaign is the person who answers your email about it, which keeps decisions quick and the reasoning behind each line in the plan traceable to a name rather than a department.
Scope
Why a media company, not a full-service studio
We do not produce films, build websites, or run a design department. Our work is on the buying and planning side: deciding where the money goes, negotiating placements, and checking what came back. That focus means we can say no to a channel that will not earn its place in the plan.
Clients who need creative production are pointed to specialists, and we coordinate with them rather than pretending to do their job. On a typical brief that means we agree the audience, the budget split and the measurement plan while the creative team handles the assets, so no one is guessing at the other side's constraints.
What we handle
Channel strategy, budget allocation, buying and negotiation, campaign reporting.
What we coordinate
Creative studios, production houses and research suppliers when the plan needs them.
Working together
How we work with a new client
Three steps, one document, and nothing booked until you approve it. If the plan does not convince you, you keep the document and we have lost nothing but the time.
Step one
First conversation
We talk through the business before any numbers: what you sell, who buys it, the budget in play and the timing. Nothing is committed at this stage and no proposal is written on a hunch.
Step two
The brief
You describe what success would look like, and we write the brief down so both sides are working from the same page. Ambiguity here is what makes plans expensive later.
Step three
The written plan
It comes back with a channel list, a budget split, an audience definition and a reporting schedule. You approve it before anything is booked.
If you want to see how that plan is built channel by channel, the media planning page walks through the whole document.

Standards we hold to
Three rules govern how we buy and report. They are dull, but they are the reason our reports match our plans.
We do not promise results we cannot measure
Every objective in a plan is tied to something we can read back from platform data or a market source. If a metric cannot be tracked, it does not become a headline promise.
We do not book inventory we cannot report on
Placements enter the plan only when there is a reporting path attached. A channel with no visibility into what it delivered does not belong in a document you are paying for.
We tell you when a channel is the wrong tool
If a requested channel will not earn its place against your goal, we say so, even when it costs us the line item. The Polish market has plenty of agencies willing to say yes to everything; that is not a useful service.
Market knowledge
Where our market knowledge comes from
We follow the Polish advertising market as a working matter: which channels are growing, how budgets are shifting, what formats are gaining or losing share. Programmatic buying, mobile, social and retail media are the areas that move fastest, and television remains the benchmark for mass reach.
We also read published market measurement, including Gemius AdReal summaries that track online ad contacts, frequency and active brands in Poland. That reading informs the plan; it never replaces your own campaign data.
Read at market level
Category movement, channel growth, budget shifts and format share across the Polish market.
Read at campaign level
Delivery, frequency and cost data from your own activity, which always outranks the market view.
What we are not
We are not a market leader, and we do not claim to be. We are not a research institute, a media house with owned inventory, or a platform reseller with a single-vendor agenda.
We do not guarantee outcomes, because media buying involves variables outside any agency's control, from auction prices to creative performance. What we can commit to is a written plan, transparent buying, and reporting you can audit against platform data.
If a brief cannot be served well by us, we will say so and point you to who can serve it.
Location
The Katowice location
Silesia is a dense advertising market with a strong industrial and retail base, and Katowice puts us in the middle of it. Our address is a registered office rather than a walk-in showroom, so visits are by appointment.
Most client work happens remotely: briefs by email, plans as documents, reporting on a fixed schedule. If you are nearby and prefer to meet in person, that can be arranged with a day or two of notice. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
